This course is designed to show you how to use the Internet to submit a Guaranteed Loan Closing Report online using Rural Development's online Guaranteed Loan System (GLS) Guaranteed Loan Closing transaction. A Guaranteed Loan Closing Report must be submitted to Rural Development for each Guaranteed Loan before Rural Development will issue a Loan Note Guarantee.

By completing the loan closing transaction online, the requirement to manually complete and submit the Form RD 1980-19, “Guaranteed Loan Closing Report” and sending it to Rural Development is eliminated.
