Beginning on 10/01/2021, you will receive an error message on the Loan Closing transaction if you are decreasing the promissory loan amount from the original loan amount. This is due to our Fiscal Yearend processing that is anticipated to be completed by 6:00 a.m., CDT, 10/04/2021.


To prevent inactivation of the eAuth account, the user should sign onto the https://www.eauth.usda.gov/home at least every six months.

If the user has an eAuth related problem, the eAuth Help Desk may be able to assist. They can assist with issues related to registering for and using your e-Auth account.
